I bought a Spark EV about 6 months ago. Love it. Took it to a chevy dealer and they tried to rotate the tires. Car would not move. That is how they figured out the EV has two different wheel sizes. Looks like I need to look further than a dealer to get the best information about Lil' Sparky. So I am here.

Same thing happened to me a couple years ago, dealer didn't realize the wheels were staggered. OEM has 185/55R15 on the fronts and 195/55R15 on the rears.

If you plug those numbers in on https://tiresize.com/comparison/ you can see the difference in width and height. It's a taller and wider by about a pinky finger.

The problem isn't the tires, it is the rims (metal wheel thingies). The front and rear *rims* are different sizes (I think that the front ones are smaller, but not 100% sure). If you can buy used front rims, you can put them on the back. The 185/55R15 and 195/55R15 *tires* have the same load capacity, so you can run 185/55R15 all the way around. (In fact, I put 185/55R15 on all 4 tires when I replaced them, since I couldn't find 195/55R15 OEM tires *anywhere*.)
