    The Lithium battery actually weighs less than the original AC Delco lead acid, it is 22 lbs rather than 33 lbs, then also minus the weight of the old battery tray etc., and the car has lost about 15 lbs. I know not much but it all adds up.

    traction control off button not working??

    Did you solve this problem? A day ago a light (orange) came on the indicate the traction control on my wife's 2016 Chevy Spark EV had an error/wasn't working. The car has 115 K miles on it. I suspect it may be a sensor failure or a lose connection in the wire harness. Any tips would be appreciated.

    Battery Estimation Incorrect Recall/Fix and Battery Capacity

    I went into the dealership for the update with pretty much a full charge too with GOM reading about 100 miles when I got there (104 miles before I left for the dealership) and after the update it was essentially the same (~99 miles). Perhaps they were drag racing your car!!! :D

    Just had the software update, need to do a long run sometime soon to see if the capacity appears to have changed. However, the update did something weird to my reported average miles/kwh (this value has never been re-zero since the car was brand new) its jumped from 5.3 to a phantom value of 51.1!

    Cold Weather Range

    I was doing the same thing (no heat no defog, I applied the rain-x defog stuff to the glass to help) my commute is 72 miles these days the yellow bars were flashing on one or two occasions during that cold spell.
