There are Blink chargers at the Desert Botanical Gardens in Phoenix, Az that I did get to work with my '14 Spark. I also use Chargepoint chargers at multiple locations of ASU.

GM parts told me that the part was the entire shifter assembly, and they do not make them any more. Any other ideas of how to replace the shifter knob would be greatly appreciated.

I bought a Spark EV about 6 months ago. Love it. Took it to a chevy dealer and they tried to rotate the tires. Car would not move. That is how they figured out the EV has two different wheel sizes. Looks like I need to look further than a dealer to get the best information about Lil' Sparky. So...
