*definitely* !! I try and charge mine at least once a month, overnight, using a very low power, AGM-safe 'smart' trickle charger (0.8 amps). (By 'smart', I mean that it knows when the battery is full and stops charging.) I plug it in before bedtime and unplug it in the morning, fully charged.

I have had a similar thing happen twice - not charging (no charging light at all on dash), open drivers door, charging cycle starts. In my case however, it was during 2 DCFC sessions.

An overnight charge on 120V (10 hours) should add about 50 miles of range. If now and then you need more, use the level-2 stations near your house for a couple of hours, THEN charge overnight.
