J JeremyW Active member Joined Mar 31, 2015 Messages 43 Nov 11, 2018 #4 If you had stickers issued in 2017 or 2018, you are eligible for red stickers. Otherwise your stickers will expire at the end of the year. The DMV should send you a letter ether way to inform you.
