Don't want to advertise for them but a Portland Chevy dealer has a dozen Spark EV's for $6500 off MSRP. Brings the price to $19,885 for 2LT and $19,495 for their cheapest 1LT. After Fed tax credit you could have a Spark for around $12,000. The $100-110/month leases are also available if so disposed. I am getting used to seeing more and more Sparks in the Beaverton area, could get roving packs of them scampering at this rate. Everyone have a great weekend.

I bought my Spark from one of the Portland area dealers as well, got $3500 factory and $2500 dealer incentives, plus an above retail price on my trade in. As you say, around $12k for the car after the federal rebate makes for a compelling buy.
