Do all the factory warranties, especially the 8yr/100,000 mile battery warranty, transfer to subsequent owners?

How many month of free Onstar did the 2015 have, and does it transfer to subsequent owners, or does the 2nd owner just get a 3 month trial?

Stand your ground.
If those turkeys want to sell you a used car they'll have to give you what you want.

My experience is all the warranties are transferred even if the car has a 'Branded Title'.

Not sure about salvaged title. It may depend on what state you live. In CA, salvage is just that, no warranty.

It's a factory buyback, not salvage.
I didn't know that when I first asked the general question about what transfers on used cars.
In talking to the salesman yesterday afternoon about the Autocheck file he was supposed to email me, he mentioned it was a buyback. I asked him about the title, he checked and said the buyback status was noted on the title.

For a few hundred less, I can get a CPO 2013 Leaf (from a local dealer) with twice the miles of the 2015 buyback Spark (from 500 miles away).
