You have three coolant tanks in the front. If you look at the left side of the one on the left, you will see two down-pointing arrows on the side of the tank. The coolant line is about in the middle of the tank. Same for the two tanks on the right side although you need to look between the tanks to see the arrows and lines on each tank.I do not believe any of the three tanks has a sensor to monitor the fluid level in the tank.
