I know this is an old but great thread. I'm a new owner of a 2016 spark EV in San Diego county. Specifically Escondido and commute to Ramona each day for work. I used to drive a v6 frontier each day and am loving the gas saving but hating the stabilitrack. There is one turn in particular that sets it off every time. It's like the car bounces around the turn. I'm looking forward to trying some of the tires recommended by you all. Mine won't last the way I drive.
