We've had our 2015 Spark EV since October '16 & have covered 11,7XX miles in that time.

Car has been in for service on 2 occasions for 'Check Car' light -

We still love driving the wee little beasty... and the local utility still provides free power for charging.

PS: It would be GREAT if the local Chevrolet stealership would stop sending me mail asking to buy the car for a fraction of what I paid for it... THIS is the reason that I take it in to the local Cadillac/GMC dealership for any service needs.

What were the 2 'Check Car' lights for when you took it to the dealer?
You know you can call Onstar and get them to read you the code number.

If the light came on after a charge session it most likely was a glitch in the grid power while it was charging.
That light clears itself after 2 or 3 charge cycles to 100%.

Especially in the spring with wind and thunderstorms the grid can have a small momentary dips in voltage and that will set this 'Soft Code' check light.
I ignore the light until after a few charge cycles. (Never had a 'Hard Code' that does not clear itself.)
