Changing from miles to kms

I tried searching for this but couldn't find the answer. Does anybody know if changing the speedometer and all other screens from miles to kms is done through the menu? I would assume it's doable and pretty easy to do since all cars originate from California and there are tons of Spark EV in Canada showing kms.

On a 2013 spark.
Kermit has absolutely no idea what he is talking about. You change from miles to kilometers in the Menu. Unit 3 is kilometers
