Detailed technical documentation

Does anyone know where I could get more detailed technical documentation for the car? The owners manual is informative, but I want more, like a shop manual and full software specs.

I think http://www.helminc.com/helm/Result.asp?Style=helm&Mfg=GMC&Make=CHV&Model=SPAR&Year=2014&Category=1&Keyword=&Module=&selected_media= is the appropriate place for the service manual.

Unless you for the the automaker itself or a supplier/partner that needs it, I doubt you'd be able to get "full software specs" on it or any car, for that matter.

Back around june, helminc listed the availability for the Spark EV service manual to Dec 2013. Now that I check it's pushed back to March 2014.
