Diagnostic Refresh Failed App Message

I got the monthly email which includes current diagnostics, i.e. tire pressure, odometer, efficiency. It's strange that the car communicates this to OnStar but the info can't be accessed by the app. Whatever the problem, it's on their end.

It has to be. Their web page won't connect either and display data either. I can't very w l uninstall and reinstall that unless they want to give me the password to their servers.

I still get a txt from my car telling me it's done sucking up free electrons and to walk across the street and move it,,,,
like proper EV etiquette calls for.

This is getting to me via the Onstar network.
What is the deal?
Are they tightening their belts and limiting communication to the Spark EV's to save a buck and a half?
