Found a friend at CSUF

I found a friend over at CSUF. I think that brings the count for Spark EVs to 3. We have a total of 9 Level 2 stations and 1 level 3 (soon to be 3, maybe with a dual standard). However there are already way more EVs than charging stations so actually getting a spot during class hours can be difficult.
