It looks like Tesla actually down rates the rate of fast charging to ~1C if you use a very high rate (120KW) fast charger too often to preserve the battery packs life.

My 2015 spark (acquired as a new super-leftover car at the very end of 2016) has only 6-7 Kmile on it and has only ever seen level 2 charging so far. I have only seen a very small increase(?) in capacity with the warmer spring/summer weather, if it continues (as I expect) to only see this level of charging it'll be interesting to see how the battery fairs with time.
