Spark Beeping

So we have had our spark that we purchased used for about a year now with no problems. But today the spark has started beeping for seemingly no reason. No lights come on when it happens and it's sound is similar to the sound you get when your seat belt isn't buckled.
The only light currently on is the tire pressure because we have a nail in our tire but from what I've seen that doesn't usually make noise.
Dose anyone have any ideas on what it could be or if it could be related to the tire pressure?

When I buy dog food and put the bag in the front seat it alerts me the passenger is not buckled in (it shows up in the upper part of the middle of the dash.) Could it be something like that?
