I’m running into some issues with DC fast charging for my 2016 Spark EV here in Mexico. It worked perfectly on DCFC stations in the U.S., but now, none of the Spark EVs in here seem to be able to charge with the local DC fast chargers.

The chargers here are mainly TELLUS, MAGNUMCAP, and CIRCUTOR, so we’re missing out on more recognized brands like ABB. I’ve been in touch with the technicians who set up the chargers, but they’re stumped as well. Has anyone else had compatibility issues with these charger brands?

I've been running into some chargers in the US that I can't get to work with the Spark that I've been documenting here. One of the problem units is a Tellus. You should get pictures of the specs and model numbers and add them here. I'm trying to build a list of what works and what doesn't so that we can figure out what the issue is.

Compatibility issues are common with older EVs like the 2016 Spark using DC fast chargers from TELLUS, MAGNUMCAP, and CIRCUTOR, especially outside the U.S. A firmware update or assistance from a certified technician might help resolve this.
