Wheel chirp normal??

Just throwing out this question to everyone.
Is it normal for the tires to chirp a little? I have noticed that the tires will chirp at random times.
Most of the time I notice it at slower speeds. Like when pulling out of driveways, accelerating from complete stop, or hitting the brakes.
