Hi Everyone,
Thanks to the many great posts in this forum! Now I have a better idea which EV to get and what the lease should cost. I put together this Google sheet on leases found in this forum for comparison:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1U5FSS5glGtvAr7Q-rGI2R2F6_nBAbTrGxcVJkB3lm0E/edit?usp=sharing
Question: what is the typical per mile overage charge? I am assuming 20 cents per mile. I am looking to get a 36,000 miles lease up front to reduce total cost due to my commute distance.
I am looking for people who would like to pool together to get the best lease deal possible in the SF Bay Area. My goal is to lease the car on June 18th weekend or the latest June 25th weekend. Reason: dealers should be stocking up before July 4th weekend and they may be in a position to do a deal prior. I am already in contact with a couple of Internet Sales Managers in the area. If you know of good salespeople that are willing to negotiate please let me know. If you are interested to join in please email me lccjm at hotmail.com.
Info I've gathered re: SPARK EV lease:
https://cleanvehiclerebate.org/eng $2500 rebate - maximum 2 rebates PER PERSON (i.e. not per household. However incentive limits are based on your tax return (individual, household, join). You have 18 months from date of purchase to apply for the rebate.
http://ev-vin.blogspot.com/ posts best deals however when I call the dealers listed the price they quote over the phone is much higher!!! e.g. Stewart wanted a 2995 drive off. Also, the price is much higher for the model with DCFC
https://www.boschevsolutions.com/discount/ BOSCH charging station with $500 rebate for Chevy SPARK owners.
